Welcome to the SAGA [size=18]Community website! These forums are here to prove you with a friendly environment
where you can discuss ideas, give game play advice, role-play, and converse about any other aspects of softnyx games
with other players.

Community forums are at their best when participatns treat their fellow posters with respect and courtesy.Therefore, we
ask that you conduct yourself in a civilized manner when participating in these forums.

The guidelines and rules listed below explain what behavior is expected from you and what behavior you can expect from
other community members. Note the following guidelines are not exhaustive, and may not address all manner of
offensive behavior.

As such, the forum moderators shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate. Also,
suspension or barnisment from the game will always result in the same in regard to forum access. Your access to this forum
is a "[size=16]privilege" and not a "right". Saga forum administrators and forum moderators reserves the right to suspend
your access to these forums at any time for reasons that include, but are not necessarily limited to your failure to abide
by these guidelines.[/size][/size]

MESSAGE POSTING:

[size=7]1. W[size=9]e recommend that you keep your posts relevant to the forum in which you are currently in. Try to make your
posts informative and/or entertaining. We understand that there's always some "noise" in the form of bumps,
greetings and so on. On the whole, please show some relevance.

2. 1337 - speaking or LEET talk is not allowed. This is a community forums, please posts your messages in
a language that your fellow forumers will understand.

3. Endorsing or encouraging illicit such as PHP trading, promotions of hack programs/websites, third party
programs/websites, promotion of private servers and none-softnyx games and the like is not permitted.

4. Racial or sexually explicit/oriented posts be it insult of personal attacks will be deleted by forums moderators
and forum administratos. This is a community message boards, please be mindful of how you interact with your
fellow forumers.

5. No adult or R-18 themed materials, images or other mediums. Keep in mind there, we always cater to younger
audiences. Accounts caught will be permanently blocked.

6. No overly abusive language. We have a very liberal policy regarding language, but please try to be civil and
courteous towards your fellow forumers. If your post is excessively vulgar, insulting, explicit, self- deprecating or
racial without any justifications, we will promptly delete it.

7.Thread bumping/raising. if you wish a thread up, do not post "+1" and/or "bump" as messages. As
long as a thread is open it will be viewed by your fellow forumers. If you still wish to raise the thread, do post
sensibly and state your reason for reasing your thread/post.

8. Flaming. Flaming or badmouthing and individual or group will not be tolerated. Accounts caught will be banned a
minimum of 7 days which will be multipled per flame post that the forumer did.

9. When commenting artworks or reviewing web links, please try to be constructive in your criticism or praise.
If your comments are found to be excessively insulting or vulgar, your account may be penalized.

10. Be sure to post in the proper forum. Topics will be moved to the right sub-form but we will no longer retain the topic title
in the forum where it was first posted.
[GB Section: Topics in the pilots lounge that should be placed in either the Pilots Drop Zone, Wo Ai aAi, or the
fans club will be moved accordingly and the topic starter will have his post counts revert back to zero. People
who posts an improper forums will have a - 100 deduction to their forum accounts per posts that they have made.]

11. Excessive and unnecessary used of CAPITAL LETTERS and the font size will not be tolerated.
accounts caught will be banned for 20 days.

1. Please keep signature images and image attachments to less than 500
pixels in size in both width and height,

and a total byte-size of less than 100,000 bytes(100kb). Ability to
post signatures may be removed if you do
not comply with a moderators request to follow this standard.


2. Try to keep your images PG-13. Tasteful nudity in the art forums is
allowed on a case-by-case basis, but on the whole, it is good
idea to cater to a range of audiences. This includes the very young.


[size=12]Failure to follow the rules above may result in a temporary ban in a system. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.
Grounds for banning also includes:

*[size=9]Spamming. This includes double posting, "bump" and "+1" postings (which are both not allowed). There is no
point in raising your post count. please post sensibly.

~First offense - 3 days ban
~Fecond offense - 20 days ban
~Third offense - Permanent ban


*Harassment. This includes continuous attacks with no basis what so
ever. These attacks may be threats, terms,
jargons, or phrases that may either be racial, sexual, or inappropriate.

~no substancial proof to back up claim, deletion of thread + 5 days ban
~permanent ban for repeat offenders
~permanent ban for nuisance accounts


*Profanity. This includes everything (posts, topic title, usernames,
etc.) except for the "acronyms" such as amp,
wtf, amf, omfg, and the likes.

Account caught using profanity:

~First offense - 5 days ban
~Second offense - 15 days ban
~Third offense - Permanent ban

*Endorsement/engagement in:


~ USA/illegal trades - permanent account ban plus the account in-game
will also be ban appropriately

~ Cross game trading (softnyx game items for non - softnyx game items)
- permanent account ban plus
permanent ban to the in-game account.
~ Account selling - permanent ban plus the account being sold will also be ban permanently

*Advertising/endorsing third party programs/websites and non-softnyx games and game discussions

~ Permant forum account ban

*Illegal /offensive/ vulgar forum name - Permanent ban

*Impersonating a softnyx staff member. This includes forums administrators and moderators - Permanent account ban



if you're banned for some reasons, don't keep coming back with "Dave", "Dave the undead" and "Dave yet Again". If you were banned, take it like a man... well, take it like a reasonable person, and accept yout fate. We ban the person not the account,
so registering under a new nickname will result in that account being
banned too. If you wish, you may appeal the account closure to the Forum Administration Staff. Oh, and for goodness sake,don't make up additional accounts/baby accounts to respond to yourself.

who talk to themselves used to be burned at the stake as witches; we
still hold to that belief system, here at softny.ph forums.(^_-).

We
have designed these rules in order to minimize conflict and maximize
your environment of the site. Our moderators have the power to
enforce such rules and act on behalf of the SAGA COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT TEAM'S BEST INTERESTS.

As
a general rule, always lof off after every session to prevent others
from logging in as your self and posting in your behalf. You should
also know that under NO circumstances will Softnyx Forum Moderators
and Forum Administrators ask you to reveal your password. NEVER GIVE
your password away to ANYONE.

Failure to comply with these rules
and guidelines may result in disciplinary action and ultimately in the
termination of your softnyx forum accounts.
